The washing and drying machines available in the hotel were quite useful, as well as the big room that was quite comfortable. Plus, the location was convenient, near the train station and supermarkets.

Although the staff was friendly, they didn't speak English which made communication difficult, and the room had no WiFi. there was no heating in the room and the instructions to use it were only available in Japanese.

The place is great if you want to spend a night in Gifu: 10' by foot from the train station and the most lively part of the city, all standard services and comforts.

No help whatsoever from the girl of the reception to use the internet connection (not her fault, but it was quite a problem)

Free wifi is provided throughout the hotel, ensuring connectivity. there is a nice bar cafe just a short walk away, offering a peaceful atmosphere.
